BOLIVIA 2017
Kids at Play visited Bolivia a second time in support of the orphanage 'Familia Feliz' in the north. The orphanage houses kids who are orphaned, abandoned, neglected or abused and provides these children with a family-like environment. Their goal is to provide emotional, physical and spiritual support in a family environment and to help these children grow and realize their full potential.
THE PROJECT
With the generous donations we received, the Kids at Play Foundation was able to realise the construction of additional dormitories to provide for a safe and comfortable housing for the children at the orphanage. As a bonus we built a playground and brought some extra joy and playfulness.
Kids at Play on location building a playground, a dormitory and new roofs, working on termite treatment and prevention to keep the kids of the orphanage dry for the coming rainy season.
