What We Do

We, the Kids at Play foundation, visit orphanages in developing countries and determine what basic needs are not being met. After assessment we help reconstruct, renovate, build and maintain the orphanages. We are trying to motivate and involve local people as much as possible and try to place volunteers where we can.

Our key focus is to supply mandatory need to the key problems in an orphanage. For this reason you need to first assess the main problems. It is such a shame that so many funds around the world don't end at where they are actually needed! Large organisations have logically too many layers in-between the donator and the people in need, wherefore funds end at overheads or to supplying aid which is not mostly in demand. We are small and experienced in the field so we can provide efficient and effective aid where most needed!
